2. Collection and use of data for settlement of a contract and opening a customer account

The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time, you can notify us about wanting to do this either by getting in touch under the contact details below or use the respective function in your customer account.

3. Data Transfer

In order to fulfill the contract according to article 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO we are transmitting your data to the shipping company that will carry out the delivery as far as this is required for the delivery of the ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you are choosing in the order process we are passing on the collected payment data to the credit institute assigned with handling the payment or the service provider we are choosing to handle the payment or the selected payment service. In some cases the selected payment service providers are collecting this data themselves if you have opened an account with them. In this case you need to use your login details to log into your account you have with this payment service provider. Thereby, the data privacy statement of the respective payment service provider will apply.

Data transfer to our shipping service providers
Provided that you have given us your explicit consent during or after the order we are going to pass on your email address and phone number to the selected shipping provider in accordance with article 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO so that the shipping provider can contact you for the purpose of announcing and coordinating the shipping before the delivery is made.

The consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the contact details below or by getting in touch directly with the shipping provider under the addresses mentioned below. After the revocation we will delete all relevant data you have given us provided that you did not consent to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use of the data that is legal and that we have made you aware of in this privacy statement.

4. Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge

In order to display our Trusted Shops badge, our collected reviews as well as offering Trusted Shops products for buyers after making a purchase on this website we integrated the Trusted Shops trust badge.
