Cancellation Policy for the Sale of Goods

Right of Cancellation for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that person’s trade, business, craft or profession.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Where you have ordered several goods in one order and these goods are delivered separately, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last item.

Where the delivery of goods consists of several lots or pieces, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, for example by letter sent by post or by email:

webtotrade GmbH
Kaethe-Kollwitz-Str. 22
04600 Altenburg
Germany
Telephone: +49 3447 843 8000
Email: info@creoven.com

You may use the model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the Goods from the United Kingdom

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract.

For returns from the United Kingdom, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For organisational, carrier and customs-clearance reasons, returns from the United Kingdom must be made using the return label provided by us. After you have informed us of your cancellation, we will provide you with the required return label and return instructions.

The cost of the return label is GBP 25.00 per parcel. This amount will be charged to you or deducted from the refund, unless otherwise agreed.

Please do not return goods without first requesting and using the return label provided by us, as returns sent without our return label may not be correctly assigned, processed or accepted by the carrier.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for:

  • the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised;
  • the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery;
  • the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
  • the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, if they become unsealed after delivery;
  • the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
